Using this website

You can browse our menus without creating an account. The booking form sends your name, email, telephone number, date, time and party size securely to our booking service. A telephone number is required so we can contact you about your visit.

Our hosting and security providers may process technical information, including IP address, browser information and request logs, to deliver the website and protect it from misuse.

Bookings and enquiries

Netlify hosts the website and processes form requests. Resend delivers a booking email to the restaurant and an automatic acknowledgement to you. We use your contact details and requested date, time and party size to respond to your enquiry and arrange your visit. We may ring you about your booking. These emails are service messages, not marketing subscriptions.

We process booking information to take steps at your request before a booking and to fulfil it. We use ordinary correspondence and technical security information for our legitimate interests in responding to customers and operating a reliable website. We do not make automated decisions about your booking.

Who receives information

Information you send is handled by the restaurant team and the service providers used to operate our booking form, email and website. Accommodation bookings on willowcottages.uk and visits to Facebook or map services are handled under those websites’ own privacy notices.

How long information is needed

Booking details are held in the restaurant’s email inbox and processed by our email delivery service. For information sent to the restaurant, retention depends on dealing with the enquiry, managing the visit and resolving any related query or record-keeping requirement. Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you can ask to access or correct your information, request deletion or restriction, or request a portable copy. Cookies and external services

This redesign does not add advertising cookies, analytics trackers or embedded social feeds. Fonts and page images are served with the website. Facebook and map links open external pages, which may use cookies and explain their choices separately. No optional tracking is enabled by a dismissible banner on this page.
